Lane Cove Apartments

The existing 1960s apartment complex is broken into a series of buildings with concrete edges and tiled finish expressed across the facades and balconies. Surrounding greenery offered a shady backdrop, but this overshadowing and years of weathering left the building feeling cold, with concrete cancer, and with ongoing water ingress issues. Our proposal removes and rectifies the failing tiled exterior and ensures water is kept away from the face of the building, and in addition modernises the exterior with fresh cladding and render finish.

Our proposal done in conjunction with lead architects results in a modern building, with better thermal performance, and keeps the water out. We look forward to these works being constructed soon.
